Michael J. McNaught, DDS

Dr. Michael McNaught joined the practice in 2017.  He grew up in Lamar, Missouri and first attended Pittsburg State University.  He joined the Missouri Army National Guard in 1998.  He graduated from Missouri Southern State University in 2002 and went on to graduate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry in 2007.  Upon graduation, he entered active duty military service in the Army, serving for ten years. He completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency in 2008.

In 2013, Dr. McNaught completed his 4-year Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at Fort Bliss in El Paso, TX where he served as Chief Resident for all four years.

Dr McNaught then was stationed at Fort Campbell, KY, where he served as Chief of Oral Surgery for the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency and as a staff Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital.

He is transitioning into the Army Reserves from active duty and considers it a privilege to continue to serve our country as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon.

He is board certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Dr. McNaught resides in Nixa, Missouri with his wife, Erin, two daughters and two sons. He enjoys spending time with his family and participating in church activities, as well as archery, hunting, and outdoor activities.
